Rosa Enid was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Enterprise, Alabama, in 1999, after her husband decided to retire from his military career. Rosa Enid nació en Puerto Rico y se mudó a Enterprise, Alabama en 1999, después que su esposo decidiera retirarse de su carrera militar. Rosa Enid está casada, tiene 2 hijos, 1 nuera y 3 adorables nietas.
